I had the surgery on my lip this morning. It went real well. We got there when they told us to, 7:45. We waited until 8:30 or maybe a quarter to 9. I had almost all male nurses. And they were all cute. Lucky me. Whew I just got real hot and had to go change into a cooler shirt. I also have a wet washcloth on my neckand feel much cooler. Anyway they started my IV. The aniesthesiologist came in and talked to me. He was pretty goofy looking but he seemed serious which was good. I like that in the man that is going to knock my ass out. Then the OR nurse came in. She was the only woman. Dr. Ward came in and talked to us. They started more stuff in my IV. Ken kissed me and told he loved me as the wheeled me away. And thats the last thing I remember until I woke in recovery. I was home by 1:00. And I feel great. So far no pain really. I think it is still a little numb. I took a darvacet so hopefully it won`t hurt too much. At any rate it was a whole lot easier than i was expecting! I am glad it is over. I go back to the doctor Thusday for post op visit. Okay Danny is home and I`m kinda sleepy. Think I`ll go lay down for a bit.
