I walked on the treadmill for an hour then went outside in the heat and I got so sick I`m better now but it was kind of scarey. Ken was in Dallas and just Danny and I were home. I got sick to my stomache.I figured it wasn`t a heart attack because my chest didn`t hurt. I took a cold shower and layed on the bed under the fan and finally cooled off. After about an hour I felt ok. I just over did it I guess.
